Please be aware that your GP will need at least 7 working days notice to complete any forms/letters/certificates that you ask for. The Doctors are very busy during surgery hours and any additional paperwork is dealt with when possible.
Requests of this type fall outside the NHS contract, and therefore a charge will be made. A list of charges is available at the surgery on request.
We will be running Flu clinics from 23rd September 2023 through to October 2023 on a Saturday. We will be sending invites to you via text message and contacting all those who do not have a mobile number registered. If you are eligible for a Covid Vaccination (over 75 years old, in the at risk category or immunocompromised) you will also be able to have your Covid vaccination. Please DO NOT call the surgery for any queries regarding Flu as the reception team do not have the capacity to deal with queries, Someone will in touch.
