ORDERING PRESCRIPTIONS

At least four days working notice should be given for prescriptions, which can be ordered on-line, by returning the repeat prescription slip or in writing.   For safety reasons we are unable to take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Ordering Prescriptions Online

Thank you to those patients that use this service, this is the quickest way to order your medication.

PLEASE can we ask that as many patient’s as possible re-order their repeat prescriptions on-line.  You can register for this service on the link on this website.

Please can we ask that you DO NOT add any medical questions in the text box or send any patient facing messages that are not linked to medication.  If you are unwell you need to contact the surgery by telephone.

EPS – Electronic Prescription Service

We are now using EPS (Electronic Prescribing Service) at the surgery.  If you have nominated a chemist your prescriptions will be forwarded electronically rather than on paper.

This will not alter the way that you request your medication.  Please continue to request your medication in the same way that you currently do.

If you work somewhere away from Edenbridge then you can request that your prescriptions are sent there. Please go into the chemist local to your workplace and ask them to add you to EPS, this will then be picked up automatically at the surgery for all your future prescriptions.
