If you have changed your mobile number or email address recently, you can add it to your NHS record by following the guidance about managing your NHS account.
To help us send you appointment reminders please check we have your current mobile number as we are noticing a high level of out of date numbers. Please also ask us to update the contact number for your children under the age of 16.
