The Edenbridge Patient Participation Group has been working hard on behalf of all our patients in reviewing the 2012 2013 Survey. The results are published under the PPG icon on this website. The PPG has brought a new dimension and perspective to the practice for which we are very grateful.
We would like patients to enrol in a new Patient Forum which would enable you to be part of the PPG, but online. If you would be interested please send your confirmation that you would be happy that members of the PPG would have access to your personal email address. Members involved with the PPG committee who would be collating and responding to you have been required to sign our stringent confidentiality policy.
