Registering at the surgery

You are welcome to register at the surgery if you live within our catchment area.

Please come to the surgery in person, preferably during the afternoon as Reception is less busy then. Registration forms are available from the reception desk. Once the forms have been completed you will need to bring with your photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence and proof of address if you do not have a driving licence. For registration of children under 16, please bring their red book or birth certificate.

You will be allocated to one of our doctors whose list is not full.

If you are staying in our catchment area for a short time then we can see you as a Temporary Resident (TR) if you need to see a doctor. Students who are registered at their University can also be seen as TR’s during their university holidays.
